Terms of service
RankRush provides paid promotional listings for independent products. By submitting, you confirm you are authorized to represent the product and provide accurate information. We may reject or remove unsafe, unlawful, misleading or infringing listings.
We do not operate prizes, wagering, investments, transferable ranking positions, or withdrawable balances. Positions are dynamic and no particular duration or traffic outcome is guaranteed. Historical rankings are retained during service operation; the service is not a promise of permanent hosting.
Payments are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Creem is the merchant of record for Creem payments and issues the related payment invoices. Users must review ranking and refund rules before payment. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. The operator must finalize jurisdiction-specific terms, tax treatment and service closure procedures before enabling live payments.
The operator’s contact details have not been configured. Live payments must remain disabled until these details and the applicable policies are finalized.
